Happy ending in the Pizarrales neighborhood. The evangelical pastor who had a Bible stolen from inside his car this Friday morning has managed to recover it thanks to the intervention of his neighbor ‘Dani el Patatero’ and the dissemination of the case.
The specimen, the room that was stolen in recent years and one of the most special for him as it was a gift from his fatherappeared lying on the street among some papers. It was the neighbor’s mother who saw him in the morning, although at first she didn’t give it any importance..
However, His son, upon seeing the status that the pastor had published on social networks and the information disseminated, related the discovery. “He remembered right away and called me to tell me that he thought my Bible had appeared,” the affected person explains to LA GACETA.
The neighbor went to the scene, picked up the copy and delivered it personally to his home. “It has given me immense joy”acknowledges the pastor, visibly grateful for the gesture.
As LA GACETA has been reporting, the theft had occurred at dawn, after the perpetrators broke the car window with a stone and stole the Bible from inside, in whose pocket they also kept a small amount of money from donations.
It’s not the first time it’s happened. In 2022 he already managed to recover three other Bibles stolen in similar circumstances thanks to the collaboration of the neighbors, in a case that also had a positive outcome after a public appeal.
On this occasion, history has repeated itself in a matter of hours. The pastor especially highlights the role of dissemination and the involvement of the neighborhood. “Thank God it has appeared and thank you for the help, because this way we have reached many people”he points out.
The specimen, of great sentimental value, has thus returned to their hands, closing a story that, once again, demonstrates the weight of neighborhood collaboration in the Pizarrales neighborhood.
