The City Council of Ciudad Rodrigo will distribute sentinel bracelets with a chemical submission detector aimed at the youngest, such as the high school students of the two institutes during the celebration of the Bull Carnival. This is one of the measures that will be implemented within the “No is No” campaign to prevent sexual assaults during the holidays and which is financed by the State Pact against Gender Violence. The objective of the distribution of bracelets, which will take place on Carnival Friday, is to reinforce self-protection, facilitate the early detection of risk situations and activate care protocols more quickly.

The campaign also includes other initiatives such as collaborating with local hoteliers, who will have reusable cups with the motto and fans with a message and telephone numbers. The slogan “No means no” will also be painted on the needles of the route of the bulls and the bulls, giant balls with the campaign motto will be thrown during the ringing of the bell, the collection of barretas and before the night capea on Friday and there will also be dissemination in the media, web and social networks.
