It is not every day that a hundred candles are blown, and that is why the Rollán city council wanted to pay tribute to Miguel Sánchez Hernández. “Born and raised in Rollán”, as Miguel himself assures, the town has recognized the hundred years of life in the town, where he has raised four children.
His family and neighbors, especially his children and three grandchildren, have accompanied him in this emotional moment.
And Rollán is a town of centenarians since its neighbor Hilaria has turned 103 and her husband will soon turn one hundred years old as well.
