Three more points for the Uni贸n Deportiva Santa Marta in the fight for first place in the eighth group of the Tercera RFEF. The Tormesians beat Mojados 1-0 at the San Casto with a goal from Chopi.
The Tormesino starting eleven was made up of Salda帽a in goal; Villard贸n, Antonio David, Razvan and Coque in defense; Casc贸n, Chopi, Alonso and Santos in the midfield; and with Gabi and Collado as the most offensive players.
The locals claimed a possible penalty against Coque with one hundred seconds of play and were able to take the lead with a shot from Alonso from the edge of the area. However, the duel went into the break without goals.
It had to be Chopi, twelve minutes after the restart, who put UD Santa Marta ahead with a header into the back of the net. It was decisive. With this goal, Mario S谩nchez鈥檚 team added three points and took a giant step in the standings.
