Nine Castilla y León has presented this Friday, February 27, his program of measures for Armuña and Tierra de Ledesma. Among them, the “immediate pause” to the processing of biogas plants in the Armúñesa region until there is territorial planning in Salamanca and odors and discharges are regulated in pursuit of “security and tranquility.”
The party led by Chabela de la Torre in Salamanca he has also proposed reform urban planning regulations so that there is “more life in the towns”; redefine the Metropolitan Transportation Plan; a weekly medical consultation in each municipality; a plan to attract and retain professionals in health and education and reinforce home care for the elderly.
In relation to the agriculture of the region, Nueve Castilla y León has defended an own agricultural policy to reduce dependence on European funds and has committed to providing the Board’s budgets with the 300 million euros that will no longer be received by the CAP. He has also shown his “frontal and unambiguous opposition” to Mercosur.
