A truck has started burning in Valdecarpinteros, at the service station known as El Salto. An incident that occurred around 8:05 p.m., at the gas station located in the municipality of Ciudad Rodrigo, and where members of the Civil Traffic Guard, in addition to the firefighters of the Salamanca Provincial Council of the Ciudad Rodrigo park and the Mirobrigense Local Police, were mobilized.
The incident occurred on the N-620 highway, kilometer 313, while the vehicle was refueling at the station located between Ciudad Rodrigo and Sanctis-Spiritus, miraculously leaving no one injured, as confirmed by the 1-1-2 Emergency Service of Castilla y León.

The fire originated in the cabin of the truck while it was refueling, which caused a great scare to the drivers in the area, thus alerting the Fire Extinguishing Services who solved the incident quickly and effectively.
The driver himself managed to flee the scene in time and on his own, and at the moment it is unknown what the cause of the fire that started in the front of the vehicle could have been.
In addition, traffic in the area has been temporarily cut off to avoid major incidents due to an event that could have produced a greater tragedy.
At around 9:30 p.m., sources consulted by this media indicated that the fire was completely controlled and that it no longer posed a danger to the public.
