The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has activated a yellow warning for strong winds for this Friday in the province of Salamanca, due to the arrival of an episode of atmospheric instability that will leave intense gusts in much of the territory.
According to the AEMET, the warning affects different regions of Salamanca, with a special impact on open areas and higher areas, where the wind could reach greater intensity.
In this scenario, it is recommended to take extreme caution when traveling, secure elements that could break off on balconies, terraces or roofs and avoid traveling through wooded areas during the hours of greatest wind intensity.
