He Salary of workers in the local hospitality sector will increase by 2.9% after the agreement reached this Thursday, January 29, by the negotiating commission of the Salamanca Provincial Hospitality Collective Agreement, formed by the Association of Hospitality Business Owners of the capital and the unions of CCOO and UGT.
Both parties have reached a “beneficial” agreement for their interests, and even more so when the negotiations of previous agreements were not free of problems “when updating salaries with retroactive effects,” the association maintains.
With this salary increase, Hospitality workers will see the increase in the CPI reflected in their payrolls“without prejudice to the remaining agreements that both parties may reach.”
