Mañueco will meet on March 25 and 26 with the parties represented in the Cortes to try to form a government

The acting president of the Junta de Castilla y León, Alfonso Fernández Mañuecohas summoned this Thursday the representatives of the political groups that obtained representation in the Cortes after the 15M elections to start a round of dialogue.

The first meeting will keep it on Wednesday, March 24 at 11:00 a.m. with Voxthe third most voted force with 14 attorneys and with which it would exceed the absolute majority to form a government. The rest of the meetings will be held on Thursday. At 11:00 a.m. there will be a meeting with Soria Ya (1 seat); at 12:30 p.m., with Por Ávila (1); at 4:00 p.m., with UPL (3); and at 5:30 p.m., with the PSOE (30).

All meetings will take place at the parliamentary headquarters and they will be attended by the general secretary of the Popular Party in Castilla y León, Francisco Vázquez; the acting vice president and director of the popular campaign, Isabel Blanco, and the acting spokesperson and Minister of Economy and Finance, Carlos Fernández Carriedo.

Alfonso Fernández Mañueco acknowledged during the electoral debates that he was open to dialogue with other parties, but “never with socialism.” Likewise, he has expressed the need to respond to the demands of society” and put his effort and dedication “at the service of the people of Castile-Leon.”
