The Salamanca wrestler Manu García, representative of Escuela Élite Salamanca, achieved an important international victory by beating the Turkmenistan competitor Sylabov Pygy (2025 World Champion) in the final of the Italian WAKO World Cup, the first of the year, in the -57kg Full Contact category.
