In the next few days, the Carbajosa City Council will carry out the installation of six new speed bumps in different points of Carbajosa with the aim of improving road safety.
The work is expected to be carried out between tomorrow, Friday and next Tuesday, depending on weather conditions. This action is part of the budget for the improvement of the asphalt carried out recently in the Montalvo III Industrial Park on First and Second streets.
These new speed reduction elements will be located specifically on Santa Marta, Gil de Hontañón, Juan de Herrera, Oeste streets and on the Navahonda Highway, adding a total of six new bumps distributed in these points of Carbajosa with a large influx of traffic.
The main purpose of the placement of these devices is to reduce the speed of vehicles in these areas, promoting safer circulation for both drivers and pedestrians.
With this intervention, the Carbajosa City Council continues to make progress in improving the town’s road safety, especially in areas where a greater need for speed control has been detected, responding to the requests raised by neighbors.
