A young man apparently under the influence of alcohol or other substances caused chaos around 8:50 p.m. this Tuesday at the confluence between Paseo de Canalejas and Calle Jardines.
Several people have alerted Operations Room 112 of Castilla y León that the young man was behaving strangely, even lying down on a zebra crossing and preventing vehicles from circulating normally.
The National Police have gone to the scene to investigate the events and identify the young man. It is unknown if he has been arrested.
