Mobilization of emergency services on Tuesday morning to Bodegones Street in Salamanca due to a fire started in a vehicle that was parked on a public road.
The fire would have started in the rear of the vehicle, quickly alarming witnesses who were in the area.
Fortunately, the fire has affected superficial parts of the vehicle and has not spread to other cars parked in the surrounding area. Likewise, no one has been affected.
The fire warning was activated a few minutes before 9:00 a.m. and members of the Salamanca Fire Station, as well as agents from the National and Local Police, were sent to the scene. The latter body had to divert traffic by blocking the street while firefighters intervened.
