Agents of the National Police have arrested a man in Salamanca as the alleged perpetrator of a robbery with force in a restaurant warehouse.
According to details, he broke the glass of the door that gave access to said warehouse. Once inside, he opened the employees’ lockers and took a backpack, identification documents, several wallets, bank cards, keys, clothing, a watch, a mobile phone and a total of 300 euros. But he left at the scene a bandolier with a narcotic substance, court documents and his documentation.
These events took place last Sunday at noon, in a restaurant in the center of Salamanca.
It was not until last Thursday, March 12, when officials on duty identified the man on Linares Street to whom the documentation found in the warehouse belonged and which had already been found to not belong to any worker at the restaurant. At the time of his identification, he was carrying with him some of the effects that were known to have been stolen in the robbery. The agents proceeded to arrest him and took the stolen items to police stations.
Once the necessary checks were carried out, the belongings were returned to their owners. The detainee has already been brought before the court, which has ordered him to be imprisoned for these events.
