The network of cultural centers of Castilla y León has presented the cultural programming for the month of March with 598 activities, many of which will take place in the province of Salamanca.
The Film Archive of Castilla y León will host the exhibitions ‘Gadgets to fascinate’ and ‘Salamanca-New York. Fragments’dedicated to the ventriloquist Wences Moreno and the writer Carmen Martín Gaite. It will also organize à la carte visits and will screen ‘The Holy Innocents’ and ‘Paco, my father’ for the centenary of Paco Rabal’s birth.
The Salamanca Public Library ‘Casa de las Conchas’ will offer, among other activities, a multidisciplinary show designed to commemorate the International Women’s Day‘Roots and Wings’; a German film series that will take place in three sessions; and the concert ‘All landscapes, a landscape’ by the Couleur Café Jazz Quartet.
The programming is completed with other cultural proposals in the province: from the circus show ‘Los mentalistas’ at the Centro Cultural de la Villa, in Lumbrales, to the theatrical performance of ‘El licensed de vidriera’ at the Teatro Nuevo Fernando Arrabal, Ciudad Rodrigo.
