A child injured in the head in an accident between a car and a van in Villares de la Reina

A four-year-old boy has been injured by a blow to the head in an accident that occurred early this Thursday afternoon in the municipality of Villares de la Reina.

As reported by the 112 Castilla y León Emergency Service, at 3:47 p.m. they received a warning about a rear-end collision between a car and a van on the Zamora highway, at kilometer 333 on the N-630 (previously 112 itself had reported by mistake that it was on the N-620).

As a result of this connection, the child was injured, who was conscious, but complained of a blow to the head.

Given this accident, the 112 coordination room has notified Sacyl and the Civil Traffic Guard, who in turn have deployed emergency personnel to help and investigate the causes of the event.
